Parcels are normally dispatched next working day and will normally arrive within two to five working days, this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holiday weekends, if your parcel is more urgent or you require delivery at a specific time or you would like to have your parcel left with a neighbour please contact us at sales@hoofandhound.co.uk
International Parcels:
including EU, you will be contacted before your parcel is shipped to confirm shipping costs. We do not ship parcels over 2 kilos to international addresses, all international parcels must be signed for.
We reserve the right to change our courier service without prior notice this is not a binding contract between Hoof and Hound Pet Supplies and our customers.
Cancellation & Returns:
You may examin the item you have purchased but all goods must be returned unused and in the original packing and any sealed lids should not be tampered with or opened.
If you wish to cancel any order you may do so at anytime after an order has been placed, or up to 7 days after the date of delivery.
You must advise us in writing if you wish to cancel your order, you can do this by sending and email to: sales@hoofandhound.co.uk
In the event that you cancel an order after delivery you must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
The goods must then be returned to us at your own expense within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order.
There will be a re-stocking fee of £5.95 for returned items, this is to cover our handling and admin costs.
