Parcels that are shipped by our FREE service or 48hr service are normally dispatched next working day and will normally arrive within 48 hours however this can take up to 72 hours for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Parcel are posted Monday to Friday Only this excludes bank holidays.
International Parcels:
including EU, you will be contacted before your parcel is shipped to confirm shipping costs. All international parcels must be signed for.
We reserve the right to change our courier service without prior notice this is not a binding contract between Hoof and Hound Pet Supplies Ltd and our customers.
Cancellation & Returns:
Once you receive your item/s you may examine the product/s received. If you then decide that you do not require the item/s you have ordered you have 14 days in which to notify us of your intent to return the item/s to us.
You must advise us in writing if you wish to cancel your order, you can do this by sending an email to: sales@hoofandhound.co.uk
The goods must then be returned to us in the original unused condition with any tamper proof lids intact, items will be returned at your own expense and should arrive to us within 30 days of notification of your intent to return the item..
Hoof and Hound Pet Supplies Ltd reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of £6.95 for returned items, this is to cover our handling and admin costs.
We are an internet based business and only accept callers by appointment. If you wish to collect an item please phone us first.
